Wow, something I didn't think I would cave in to, Soap & Glory!! I was an S&G virgin if you like, before this purchase and I must say, I don't know what took me so long, this brand is mahoosive is the bloggersphere and continued to decide, in my own head, this was a cult product that would disappear, though its only been getting bigger ...and bigger ....and bigger.
So unfortunately I ran out of Liz Earle moisturiser and couldn't afford to invest in the Skincare Essentials regimen again this month so decided to try out some S&G, while Boots have 3 for 2 across all skincare at the moment!!
Here is what I got....
<3 Peaches and Clean 4-in-1 Wash Off Deep Cleansing Milk
<3 Glow Job Daily Radiance Moisture Lotion
<3 Night in Shining Armour Cream
I must say, one thing I didn't like from the get go with these products is, many of them look the same on the shelf and if your not a seasoned S&G Purchaser, like me, you have to sit reading the packaging, though that takes a while due to its witty packaging, which is fun don't get me wrong, but with some of the products, I just didn't feel I was getting to the bottom of what it actually was!!! Anyway, that being said....
Peaches and Clean 4-in-1 Wash Off Deep Cleansing Milk
Straight away I like this, on first use, I found the scent quite odd, it it gorgeous peach in scent but has a tingle of mint in there too, though I'm used to it now and just LOVE the smell!! I have quite sensitive skin and this has been very kind to me so far in the two weeks I have been using it. It feels very soft and creamy on application and starts to tingle if you leave it for a few seconds before washing off, obviously whatever that mint scent is... The packaging claims to hold PORESHRINK R2 technology and I can say I have noticed a visible difference in the size of my pores. I have now decided this is my every day face wash for the time being, with Liz Earle's Hot Cloth Cleanser being my weekly facial treat.
Glow Job Daily Radiance Moisture Lotion
I bought this simply as it was 3 for 2 and I quite liked the look of it. It is a moisturiser with bursting bronzing beads on application. You only need a small amount for good coverage and it smell gorgeous, just like chocolate orange I think!! I have used this straight on to the skin after cleansing and on top of a bit of skin tint, for a lovely healthy glow. I feel this will be a good on for winter to give your face a little pick me up. I was surprised by how dark the bronzing beads were, compared to samples I have tried by other brands, though not to worry as it blends in beautifully. I rub it between my fingers a little before applying to the face to make sure all the beads have burst, you don't want to be walking out the door with a dark splodge on your head!!

Night in Shining Armour Cream
A night cream is something I've never really bothered to invest in before, but I will again after using the Night in Shining Armour Cream. It is lovely and thick, also quite creamy, you only need a tiny amount for good coverage and moisture. It makes your face feel as soft as a babies bottom and still feels this way the next morning! Apprently it is proven to be wrinkle reducing but cant say I can comment on this. Im not 100% sure what the smell is, I THINK, it is ginger, it is quite subtle and smells nice. This product will last a long time as so little is needed at a time.
So after buying these three S&G facial products I foundI had £6.00 something on my Advantage card and decided to purchase something else....
This has a hint of mint but doesn't smell like your usual foot products, it has light green tint to it and is very pleasant. Thick and creamy, I have only used it for the last three nights so far and so far I'm loving it. you are supposed to apply it before bed and wear cotton socks over the top. I don't wear socks in bed. I just just apply and go to bed, but last night I did a night shift, before I put my socks on I smothered my feet in it and they felt lovely all night in my trainers and my feet were super soft when I went to sleep this morning, also my feet didn't hurt as much as usual after a 9 and a half hour shift. I haven't had this long but I can already say I shall definitely be repurchasing!!
